Refund Policy
Introduction
Welcome to Rainbow Connector LLC. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Below is our refund policy, which applies to all of our coaching, consulting services, classes, online digital materials, and any other products or services created by or supported by Rainbow Connector LLC.

Coaching and Consulting Services
  1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments for coaching or consulting services must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service fee.
  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for coaching and consulting services are only available if:
    • The client cancels the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • The service is canceled by us for any reason.
    • The client is dissatisfied with the service received, and a complaint is made within 24 hours after the session. In these cases, we have the right to determine what is an appropriate response which could include partial or full refund, or additional coaching session(s) at no charge or a reduced charge.
  3. Refund Process: Eligible clients may request a refund by contacting us via info@rainbowconnector.com. Refunds will be reviewed and if they are approved, will be processed within 3 business days.
Online Digital Materials
  1. Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital materials, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may be made in cases of:
    • Technical issues rendering the material unusable.
    • Accidental duplicate purchases.
    • If we can verify that nothing has been downloaded or viewed yet.
  2. Request Period: Refund requests for digital materials must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Refund Process: Eligible clients can request a refund by contacting us with their order details. Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days if approved.
General Terms
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or deception.
  • Changes to the refund policy will be communicated through our website.
