Maisie brings 20 years of experience as a public secondary school teacher to her College & Career Coaching and Consulting practice. She has worked with students from all different backgrounds and has a special talent for working with students with neurodivergencies. She is an adjunct faculty member at Frederick Community College, has authored several publications, and is active in several professional associations.

Nulty brings over a decade of leadership experience as a secondary school department head to our practice. More significantly, however, are his contributions as our Autism & Neurodiversity Consultant. As an adult diagnosed person with Autism, Nulty knows exactly what it means to navigate the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergencies. His lived experience, combined with his professional expertise, allow him to offer valuable insights and personalized support to our clients. Nulty’s passion is helping neurodivergent individuals thrive by embracing their unique abilities, helping them to become their best advocates, and addressing their specific needs in both academic and professional settings.
